 Shipping

• International shipping is handled by International Express Mail Service [EMS],  

It always takes 1-2 weeks to ship the items to your door.

E.g.: it always takes 5days to USA.

• All orders can be tracked online with a tracking number, and also, all orders can be insured for the full purchase amount when it’s necessary.

• All the items will be carefully packed up, and shipped to you in 12hours.

Return policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.

• You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition.

• we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost parcels when the items are  shipping back to us.

Exchanges

• We accept exchanges for a different size or color within 15 days of the original order dispatch date. Please contact us with your Order ID, one of our team members will help you.

• If you would like to exchange items to a different style, you would have to return your items for a refund (as per Return policy) and place a new order for the new style you prefer. 

•• You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition. I.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Worn or dirty items will be returned back to you at your expense.

• We do not cover the shipping cost of exchanges, you will be responsible for the return postage and the shipping and handling cost of shipping the exchanged items back to you. We recommend that you add tracking and insurance when sending items to us for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

•Cancellation of an order before the order has been dispatched, will incur cancellation fee, which is about10-20% of the total order amount. We process all orders as quickly as possible, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return policy.
